THEY LOVE US:
On Saturday Aug 27th, 2011, we had the pleasure of holding a community fundraiser at Dickson Bowl. From the moment we decided to host an event at the facility, to the time we left, we had nothing short of an amazing experience with great service.
Ellen was absolutely fantastic in assisting us with planning our event. We received our tickets and detailed information within days of deciding on an event date. Upon arrival at the facility, we were warmly greeted with smiling faces and each guest was assisted in a speedy fashion - those that had never bowled were feeling comfortable within minutes.
Throughout the afternoon, the staff provided fantastic assistance and went above and beyond the level of service most were accustomed to at other establishments. They even surprised our group by allowing us to play our own music! I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone considering a night out or for a corporate event/fundraiser. It's refreshing to see a facility offer such personal service.
We can't wait to go back!
